A: We accept all major credit cards as payment or you can pay by cash on the day
A: No we do not charge you any extra if your flight is delayed. We can check your arrival time before we dispatch your driver.
A: Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area. If you have provided your mobile number we will try and contact you if we have difficulty finding you. Please take a note of our phone number so you can ring us if you need to.
A: The price quoted is the price you pay. The price paid allows for up to 50 minutes waiting time after the plane lands. Each period of 15 minutes after that time will be charged at £5. Car parking is to be paid to the driver on the day and he will supply you with a receipt.
A: Our vehicles are sole use vehicles, our prices are per vehicle.
A: All online bookings should be made 24 hours in advance. For bookings within the next 24 hours please call us to confirm availability.

A: If you book online we will confirm your booking to you once it has been allocated to a driver.
A: Bookings cancelled prior to 24 hours will be refunded in full. If you dont notify us 24 hours prior to your booking there will be no refund.
A: No dogs may be carried, or pets of any kind on long journeys. We only make an exception for guide/hearing dogs.
A: You accept that a Soiling Charge is demanded of customers who dirty or damage the vehicle interiors. Depending on the extent of the damage, you could be charged over a hundred pounds.
We reserve the right to refuse carriage of individuals or groups without giving a reason. All bookings are subject to cancellation and regrettably this may be at short notice due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers should be aware that drivers may sometimes become unavailable and vehicles are occasionally taken off-duty. Although we make every effort to arrive for agreed times, environmental hazards, traffic and road works may occasionally prevent us from keeping to appointments.
